Trojan removal
I have two ways in which think you could remove the Trojan.
The first is this: When Norton tells you that you have a Trojan it should tell you where it is ( E.G.: C:/Documents and settings/all users/shared documents)allthough it may shorten it( E.G: C:/Documents and settings…Shared documents.) in witch case it is harder to find. Ill start with the long address. you would need to click start, run, and type Explorer and then hit Enter and the explorer will open so would then follow the virus address till you find it you would normally start at My computer   C:/.when you find the virus delete it with a program like eraser or put in a zipped folder.to do the harder one it is actually easier in someways but much slower (you could use this metord with the easier one too)you need to press start, search and type in the name of the last folder in the address.
The easier way would to be: download Avest! (this is my favourite antivirus) the best thing to do would put it in Google. Get the home version and follow the instructions to get a licence once you have it run a scan and it should find the Trojan when it does select ‘overwrite and delete’ and then uninstall And you're done!
If you have any problems please post them in the comment box. i am sorry if these instructions are hard to read :(
